Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about a possible short-term unavailability of our host systems. On February 17, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. we will be carrying out maintenance work on our host systems. These are planned to last between 2 and 3 hours.
During this time we carry out software updates and migrate respective customers so that there is no longer downtime.
In some cases, migrations may result in your services being unavailable for a short period of time. (1-2 mins)
This affects all Nextcloud and & VPS customers.
Customers with managed VPS services are also affected by this.
However, we do not expect any problems so that you can continue to count on smooth operation.
Once the work has been completed we will let you know again here.
